About Plastique

Plastique Incorporated (then called Labels Unlimited) was started by Mr. Abraham Kessler in 1956. Its main business was to import woven labels and hangtags to clothing suppliers around the U.S. and Puerto Rico.

In 1966, because of requests from his retail customers, Mr. Kessler became proficient in the importation of low and high density plastic bags which he supplied along with labels and tags to those same customers in South Florida and Puerto Rico.

In 1986 it was decided that Plastique should enlarge its product line and redirect its efforts towards the U.S. distributor markets.

For 50 years this company has served the needs of customers in both the Retail Packaging and Promotional fields.

Nowhere is that statement more true than when it comes to the packaging business where pictures are brought to life in the form of printed bags.
